A $500 non-refundable enrollment fee is due at time of signing the Enrollment Agreement. The deadline for enrollment will be 2 weeks before the start of the course.

A 10% discount on tuition will be applied for payment in full 30 days before first day of classes.

Interest-free Payment Plans are available and will be arranged on an individual basis.

Please note:

  • Books and Supply Fee are non-refundable after the start of the program.
  • ASHA does not participate in FAFSA or any Federal Financial Aid program, please handle financial arrangements in advance so that you can make your payments on time.

Student Complaint/Grievance Policy

Students who wish to express a complaint or grievance should speak directly to school administration. If the student does not receive appropriate resolution to their complaint or if extreme circumstances exist whereby the student cannot utilize the school’s procedures, the student may file a formal complaint with the New Mexico State Massage Therapy Board. Refund Policy:

In the case of a student who withdraws or is dismissed after the commencement of the program, the student will be refunded monies based on $11,000.00 (full tuition) and in accordance with the amount already paid and the percentage of the program completed at the time of withdrawal or dismissal. Refunds will be made according to the following schedule:

  • After completion of one week  – 90% refund
  • After completion of two weeks – 80% refund
  • After completion of three weeks – 70% refund
  • After completion of four weeks – 50% refund
  • After completion of five weeks – 25% refund
  • After completion of six weeks – 10% refund
  • After completion of seven weeks – NO refund and balance of tuition is to be paid in full.
