All-levels Yoga Class with Nora

Instructor: Nora
Nora started her Hatha Yoga journey in NYC in 1998. Her background is as a professional ballerina, starting her training at the age of 7 at the Vienna State Opera Ballet School in Austria, and receiving her Bachelor of Arts in dance & choreography in London, UK. Nora studied and practiced many different styles of Yoga and meditation over 20+ years, including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Buddhist meditation.
Nora is grateful to have received her Iyengar-style Yoga Teacher Training from the great school and its master teachers at High Desert Yoga, and her Yin Yoga Teacher Training from the wonderfully inspiring expert teacher Melissa Spamer. She has taught Yoga at High Desert Yoga, Wellspring Yoga, and as a volunteer instructor for the VA’s Mind-Body program for military veterans.
Nora also loves being outdoors, running, biking, hiking, and swimming, having grown up hiking and skiing in the beautiful Alps of Austria, and gratefully finishing her first Half Ironman 70.3 miles triathlon in 2021.
All folks from all different walks of life are most warmly welcome to her class.

Instructor: Niki Feldman
Niki earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology (the study of Human Movement) in 1991 from the University of Colorado. She has always loved movement, music and the outdoors. Her hobbies include dancing, hiking, skiing, and yoga. Niki has been a Massage Therapist since 1995 and a Yoga Instructor since 1999. From 1995- 2002 Niki taught massage and yoga at Crystal Mountain Massage School. Massage styles that Niki uses include Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Polarity. She also utilizes high quality Essential Oils for powerful Aromatherapy assistance in all her treatments. Niki is passionate about movement, healing, music and enjoying life.
