Micaela Pacheco
Micaela Pacheco has been practicing yoga for over 12 years and teaching since 2025.
As a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and sound healer, her work is rooted in the belief that our bodies carry deep wisdom and deserve to be met with compassion, curiosity, and care.
Micaela’s offerings weave together mindful movement and sound healing to create grounding and restorative experiences that support connection to both body and self. She has experienced the powerful way yoga and sound healing complement one another — movement can help release tension, shift stagnant energy, and create openness within the body, allowing sound to be received more deeply.
Micaela is inspired by the ancestral practice of singing in community and the healing that can emerge through shared voice and free expression. Connecting to these ancient traditions has been profoundly healing in her own life, and she continues to witness how free expression through both movement and sound can help others connect to their bodies’ innate wisdom.
